Once you're reached the online form go to "Select Fund" and scroll down to select the Clarice Smith Center. If you wish to make an additional gift to the School of Music, Department of Dance, Department of Theatre or the Michelle Smith Performing Arts Library, please enter your selection in the Specify "Other" Fund or School/College field.
