"I would like the audience to experience a different kind of concert," said Kronos founder David Harrington of their Alternative Radio format. Presented as two one-hour live radio shows, the program brings together essential ideas and stimulating music. Radio broadcaster and writer David Barsamian acts as the host, and guest Diane Wilson brings her unique, gutsy perspective on the day’s events. Wilson, a fourth-generation Texas shrimper, co-founded Code Pink and continues to lead the fight for social justice.
Harrington’s hope for the audience experience: “to leave the audience inspired and re-energized by the possibilities of human potential and the encouragement of positive action.”
